Hotel location is convenient because it's in the middle of a busy shopping area with nearby Metro station. The hotel itself is okay but I found staff not to be helpful, understanding or respectful to their guests. On the first night of my stay I reported to the recipients that the AC in my room was not working, he said I had to wait until the next day. The next I approached the reception again and reminded them of the problem. They sent someone who identified the problem to be with the remote controller for the AC, He showed me how to turn the AC on without the remote and promised to bring me a working one. To the day of my checkout nobody mentioned a word about the problem and I had only two settings on the AC, ON & OFF. I would not stay there again if didn't have to.

Good Value for Money
The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodated us with early check-in. The breakfast is served individually and has good selection of cheese, bread and spreads. The only shortcoming is limited knowledge of English language of the person serving breakfast. The housekeeping needs a bit of attention. Inspite of being a boutique hotel they were generous in providing the toiletries.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, schöne und saubere Zimmer und ein nettes und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal. Die Marmaray ist in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Strandpromenade von Bakirköy ist quasi vor der Tür. Ich kann das Business Life Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 👌 Hotel ist sehr modern, Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet! Nur leider wird sehr schlecht geputzt. In Zimmer wird nur oberflächlich geputzt und Tücher gewechselt. Leider es hat viel alter Staub: an der Lüftung, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, in vielen Ecken im Bad liegt alter Staub, der scheinbar seit Monat nicht geputzt worden ist, das hat mich sehr gestört, weil ich sehr gerne auf Sauberkeit wert lege!
