A horrible stay
my stay wasn’t good at all the toailet where not good and the rooms were very small and not cleaned we waited for them to clean it and the service was horrible they didn’t help us with the bags and i will never go back again because it was an horrible experience we let the bags and went out because we couldn’t stay in the room because it had a very bad smell everything was broken i hope they can fix everything so that maybe it will be little better

I Tried Three rooms before I was any where near comfortable. They were cold or had no electricity in the room. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and like sleeping on rocks. The noise in the hallway during the early hours of the morning was never ending. I hardly slept. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but I am glad I only stayed one night..

I enjoyed living at this hotel staff were exillent and supportive helpfull room service was good and close to all public transport I e metro bus tram service and taxi located very close to the hotel is and my entire family enjoyed our stay and if we ever visit istunbal we would most likely stay at this hotel

very far from tourist destinations.
Awful experience. not a 3 star rating at all , more suitable for a 1*. The second say we arrived there was a power cut from 6am to 6pm, resulting in no AC, no TV, no internet,no fridge, no lift, had to use a unlit toilet! every time we asked when would this be rectified kept getting told "soon". Considering we had a senior, disabled and diabetic patient with us.(this proved very stressful) However Double Tree hilton next door, was functioning normal! The breakfast is very basic, with no variety (and no refills) - sliced bread, boiled eggs, sliced cheese, cucumbers,tomatoes, olives and salami. cereal: corn flakes and coco pops turkish tea and coffee or juice. On the third day,early morning we had no water supply - unable to use WC, wash hands, or use kettle. Also note the Kettle is available at a charge, it is not included as advertised! we paid 25 TL for a broken faulty kettle. The quality of service is poor, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned and linen changed, and to replace shampoo/shower gels. Although on complaint to Expedia they refunded our Hotel stay but this required a few phone calls to expedia, UK and USA branch.

Great hotel in a residential place
Isa nice hotel, very good facilities and very clean. The location is in middle class neightborhood but is not really close to the touristic area, anyway is a nice shopping center close and by metro bus is possible reach everything, but you will spend about 1 hour. In this region the people speak less english and the airport is not really close, about 10 km, but a Dobletree by Hilton hotel is very close.

Ligging en personeel is wel oké. Hotel is echt een ramp. Hotel is net overgenomen door iemand anders. Een economy kamer is zonder standaard schoonmaak, zonder WiFi, koelkast, airco. Ze zijn er wel, maar doen het niet. En als je een halve dag zonder elektriciteit zit is geen verrassing daar

Diese Unterkunft wurde gebucht. Vor Ort wurde man dann abgespeist in dem es hieß es wurde nicht im System eingetragen. Fazit wir konnten nicht einchecken und durften in der Nacht nach einer anderen Bleibe suchen

Ben genelde otellere yorum yapmam ama bu otel için yazmak istedim. 3. Kattaki odalar terasa kaçak kat çıkılarak yapılmış. Kapıları pvc tuvalet kapılarından. İçerisi bekar evi gibi. Tuvalet banyo pis. Yataklar ikinci elciden alınmış durumda yırtık pırtık kenarları. Banyoda çöp kovası bile yoktu. Bir garip yerdi.
