Centrally located hotel with kind reception

The hotel is centrally located, close to Osmanbey metro station, with numerous shops in the surrounding area. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and providing helpful assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of options. The only point to note is that the rooms are quite small. However, overall, it is a very good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent central location.

historical from the outside but modern from the inside looks like a castle from the outside friendly staff There is a very nice terrace on the top floor. A nice breakfast awaits the guests there. Very close to central locations and the metro. specialy thanks to mr cengiz

Clean, comfortable and great service.

After a late flight, we checked in at 3am and no problem at all - welcomed by very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean and service was excellent throughout our 2 night stay. However, breakfast did not suit our tastes, as it catered for more Turkish and European tastes, so didn’t bother getting up for it on the 2nd morning.

Good value for money

The stuff is extremely friendly and the rooms were very friendly. However, the room is very small and it should be such a room. In order to move to the other side of the room , you need to jump over the bed.

I will come here again!!! the staff are super excited, they are thinking about how they can help you. I was very pleased with the cleaning of the room. There is a very nice open buffet breakfast on the terrace. You can easily reach everywhere because it is in a central location. Greetings to Mr. Niyazi and his team, they were very interested in me.

To be honest the hotel is good but the France room is small i don't recommend this type of room if you are not single and want to stay with your wife. Clean room and furnished is new and nice. Attention don't stay in fifth floor because you will get noise from restaurant floor is in sixth floor also smell of cooking it will reach you.

Rooms are extremely small. You cannot even walk to the window side unless you jump on the bed. I had to share my bed with the suitcase because there was no room for it even on the floor. Size of the rooms must be clearly indicated on the description of the hotel. It was not a pleasant stay at all. Aysel, at the front desk was helpful but it was not enough.
