"A unique place to stay that really ticked the boxes - I stayed as part of a group and each of us enjoyed the experience, the birds, meerkats, tortoises & reptiles adding to an amazing stay! The bird show (included in price) was good and the staff extremely knowledgeable - the self contained rooms were very clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette with fridge/toaster etc was perfect, the en-suite shower room was large & again very clean - highly recommend a stay here!"

"Great apartment in a very convenient location. 20 minute walk from the train, 15 to the city centre (market square, etc). Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. But overall a great place to stay in Cambridge. "

"I absolutely loved our stay! It was very comfortable and felt like home. The only thing I could not figure out was the heater/towel rack in the bathroom was not turning on. There was fresh milk in the fridge for coffee or tea (both were provided with sugar) and biscuits (cookies). The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots and pans, utensils, everything we needed to prepare and eat a meal. Each room has its own bathroom, which is great when you have teenagers. "Excellent property that felt like home away from home. The apartment was very tidy, modern and included all of the necessities for a week long stay. The property is within 10 minutes from Cambridge campus and has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommend the property. "

"Enjoyable stay on Puzzle, attractive and comfortable, boat. Peaceful and quiet, we liked watching riverside life. Great for walks by the river and easy to walk to the town. Internet access was limited as there is no Wi-Fi, but ok for a few days stay. We hope to return in the future"

Fantastic from arrival to departure

"I phoned the hotel ahead of my arrival with a query re parking at the call was answered quickly and the member of staff was really helpful. On arrival at the hotel the greeting was lovely and made me feel very welcome. My first impressions of the hotel and its surroundings were really good. Then I got to my room and was even more impressed! Large and spacious, really nice decor and it felt homely and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. I never ever sleep well in a hotel but I slept so so well due to the large comfortable bed! Checkout the next day was equally easy and again the staff member was very friendly but professional too. I would highly recommend the hotel and as my son is at university 5 mins away from the hotel I will definitely stay again in the future. Overall a fantastic experience -thank you :-) "
