"We stayed here a few days before Christmas and really enjoyed our time at the hotel and surrounding areas. It is super convenient to The Island as well as the bike/walking path through Pigeon Forge. The lobby is nice and has a great smell. My favorite amenity is the free bike rental. You can hop right on the bike path. I would stay here again if rates are reasonable. The room is just a basic hotel room, but has a fun vibe.our son enjoyed the indoor pool and the workout room. "

"Loved the location and most everything was a good experience but I didn't like that the parking was so far away. I realize you offer valet parking but I don't care for that and there was a lot of walking to get to our room so that wasn't a very good experience considering my back issues. I would go back but I would make a few different choices.I "

"Our stay was amazing. We had a wonderful weekend. The Inn is close to so many restaurants and attractions, you don’t have to travel far to find what you are looking for. The room decor was fantastic! Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. We will stay again!"

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. "

"The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. "I am a huge fan of Mid-Century Modern style. The decor is what sold me on this hotel vs so many options in the area. The renovation choices are tasteful. Made my stay more memorable for my birthday. The lady at check in Feb 8 may have been new or in training, not sure. She seemed overwhelmed with two people waiting.
