Bad experience for hotel reservation
The hotels visibility in Hotels.com system is fake. I reserved and payed for a family room for one night. But the hotel management did not have any reservation, and was not willing to help us. Do not ever book a room at Hotel Al-hameed through Hotels.com. The best is to NOT book anything through Hotel.com Asia. Many of the hotels in the system is fake/fraud. So do not trust the system. And difficult to get help or the get money refunded afterwards. So if you you want to book something, find the phonenumber and call direct to the hotel.
