We loved the size of the hotel (not too big, but had everything one would need), the hotel quality (beautiful decor, two amazing pools, it's own private beach with beach beds), and the service (Mateo and Hugo were exceptional). We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on Isla Mujeres.

I believe I've had just about every item on the menu and cannot find one thing to complain about . I will coming back over and over❤️

Nice resort on Isla Mujeres. Staff was friendly and food/drinks were good. After 7 days, menu became repetitive - wish there were daily specials for different options. Beach area was smaller than expected and there were large mounds of sand and cement blocks in water which were not always obvious based on the tide. I'm sure they help with conservation, but they could have been placed further away from the shore. Nice rooftop pool. Amazing sunsets!

The staff at Belo are so friendly and helpful! From the cleaning staff to the restaurant to the grounds and front desk! Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. I see some complaints about the restaurant having slow service but remember, this is not a huge all inclusive with a huge buffet sitting there who knows how long. The food is cooked to order and worth the wait. We will definitely be visiting again!

The resort is beautiful! Staff is amazing and the food was great! Our waiter Edgar and alexandro were over the top! Mateo was always there to help with any issues or help you might need. Unfortunately, the week we were there we had quite a bit of rain but was much better than the cold weather back home.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was wonderful! Severe greeted by Mateo upon our arrival and I felt we would be in good hands. Our family enjoyed the delicious meals and drinks in the dining room. The wait staff-Alejandro, Hugo, Albert, and Abdel ( I think that was his name) were excellent! I would definitely like to come back to Hotel Belo again. The beach area was rather small but there was a large pool area.
