"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Roatan celebrating our anniversary. The staff at Paradise went above and beyond to make our trip special. There were flowers on the bed with chocolates when we checked in and surprised us the following day with a special anniversary dessert on the beach! The location is great, the beach fantastic, food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the courtesy airport transportation was hassle free! We’ll definitely be back!"

"The overall service was good, except for the guys at the Bar. Barman super rude and servers horrible! I had to stand up and ask for the menu several times, talk to the bartender which gave me a horrible treat pizza was burnt twice and flavor disgusting. At one moment I decided to get water from my room and the same rude bartender asked me to pay like if I was going to run away. Next time he should ask if I needed something else. "

However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

"The place is modern and beautiful. Units seem new with plenty of space and well equipped for cooking and grilling. The beach is very close and the benefit to use Paradise Resort ammenities pools, restaurants, and much more was something that added more value to our stay here at Ocean One. "Basic Hotel, at waters edge with Bar and largte deck oveer water. Staff friendly. Basic rooms, but clean with hot water ( Not always a given on island loations ) Dive Center Manager ( Jorge ) top notch, attentive and helpful above and below the water. 1 mile from center of small village, used Tuk Tuk to go everywhere for $2 per trip, much cheaper than renting a scooter for $35 per day. Best restaurant is Mango Tango, easily, with quite tasty gourmet food. "

They offer so much support take initiative to ensure that we are well taken care of. The location was great to feel that it felt still home to Roatán. Staff members such as Sam, Victoria, Olive, Eric, Burgos and James created such an amazing experience so much so we want to come back! "

"Everything was exceptional!! Noel and Sandy were absolutely lovely and very helpful! Breakfast was top notch! Just a short walk from the beach. The beach can get very busy so it was nice to retreat back to the Inn for some peace and quiet with a small private pool under the stars. Room had everything you could need to spend months there. Felt more like a small studio apartment. Very clean!! Not sure when we'll find our way back to Roatan but when we do, we'll definitely be staying here."
