"This was a Fantastic experience!! We stayed in the private cabana over the water. Jordania was great! He took care of us the whole time we were there. The food was out of this world. Room view was fabulous, it would be awesome it they had AC or at least a bigger fan in the room and a fan in the sitting area/second room. "The staff are exceptional. The new owner is making a lot of improvements which should be completed soon. There is a new pool that is operating but the landscaping and deck is not finished. "Nice hotel in front of one of the nicest beach in Bocas del Toro (Red Frog). Staff is friendly, food is good and at a fair price, and amazing breakfast! They have different options of rooms for every traveler, I traveled with friends and we chose AC rooms with private bathroom and they were very comfortable. They also offer tours which are usually better quality than if you get it in town (Isla Colon). Would go back to El Palmar."
