"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. "Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant...

"Antes de ir, 10 dias mas o menos, pedi una habitación con cama de matrimonio... no me l dieron, llegams y el de recepccion era muy poca su simpatia.. no ns informaron de horarios ni nada. Al llegar al bufett habia 4 comidas contadas, os pusieron malas caras al decir que aquello no me gustaba nada.. las toallas sucias y por ultimo el desayuno no lo quitaron a las 10 y media sin avisarns q era hasta tal hora. Una gean decepcion nada aconsejable"
