"The property is in a beautiful setting, very close to Ischia Ponte and a short walk/bus journey to Ischia Porto. First impressions were great with the gardens being very green and beautiful. Check in wasn't the most enthusiastic welcome. We were handed a key and told to take the stairs. No mention of breakfast times, WiFi, etc. Our room was OK. We had several months prior requested a sea view room (I wasn't given an option at booking to book a sea view room) but we got a room with two windows,...

"The views from the hotel are absolutely staggering. One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. Staff were also incredibly friendly and engaging. The property is a little dated but everything was clean and worked fine. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The place is clean and location is decent - quiet street, close to the city center (half an hour walk to the port though, but there is a bus just around the corner). Old furniture in rooms. Staff doesn't speak any English. They were very nice though."
