"Everything you need supplied in the apartment. Quiet and relaxed. Free coffee from machine in reception a bonus. We didn't have breakfast but it did look delicious. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our first time in Budapest and what a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect stay wonderful apartment super clean and spacious. Balcony a nice touch. Bathroom very clean too. Only thing I would suggest is a dishwasher is needed as the kitchenette is tiny. We had an issue with the induction hob not working but the staff at the hotel quickly provided another. "

"This location was great! Walkable, food options, grocery markets, anything you need. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint is the bedrooms are pretty tight. Theres a little space to walk between the bed and the wall.... you could do a tuck and roll to get from one side of the room to the other quicker. But overall, I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "

"Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it. "

"Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door."

"Room was very well lit and heated efficiently. Comfortable bed. Table useful! Room to move around. Storage. Helpful and obliging staff. Corridor noisy - 11 30pm. Children running up and down. Sound from balconies carries very well. Some people don't have a volume control when talking. Handy location - easy walk to either transport (free if you're over a certain age) or the sights that I wanted to see or planned activities. Watch which taxi you choose. "You are represented as a hotel with a Kosher breakfast online. It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . I have also Expedia since I bought my room through them. "

"Well equipped and close to amenities and metro. Short stay so washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven , microwave not needed. Some minor repair of damage on walls , crack in widow required. The apartment did suffer from street noise throughout night, otherwise comfortable for sleep. Room access by app on mobile phone somewhat stressful - concern over loss of charge. A socket adaptor for uk plugs on site would have been appreciated."

"Hotel is convenient located in the 5th district near the danube river and the traditonal shopping street. Hotel was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very nice. Make sure to join their whatsapp groups to know more about their daily group activities. Which would be a great way to meet people. "
