Good amount of space, beds & pillows were comfortable. Hosts were responsive. House was clean. My only complaint was that power went out for about 5 hours and it was hot! I also didn’t like that it was high up on a long road with many turns and barely visible street signs. This aside, it was fine with enough room for all.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!

After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. If you want to experience what living in Puerto Rico’s west side is really like, this spot is definitely a vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay! Would book again!

I enjoyed my stay here with my family for my birthday week. Majority of the property was clean with the exception of the fridge which was potentially missed. The microwave was experiencing issues as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared with more populated areas such as San Juan. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and am clarifying my rating as a 4.1/5.0 and would recommend to others visiting the Isabela, PR area. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Poor communication.

After booking my reservation , the countless emails began, bad communication back and forward I ended up getting charged additional $126 dollars even though the contract I signed had a Lower amount. To many emails about when I be checking in and then a big rush to tell them a what time I be checking out . It feels like multiple ppl manage this emails and they don’t talk to each other or read prior emails . Also this property has a neighborhood pet Cat , just FYI . We have an allergic family member so this was a big deal to us . Myself I was fine with the cat , cat was very friendly. I’m very familiar with the neighborhood so no disappointment with location , very close location to Isabella Mall . Not bad drive to the beach . not so great was the Hot water as we didn’t had any . Water was warm at best . Island weather was 83 degrees sunny during our stay . House was comfortable, A/C system was great .

The area was nice, we felt safe, the 2 issues we had, was the bedsheets were never changed, they were not washed at all, we called and left a message for them to please bring us clean sheets and they didn’t return our call till the next day at night, also the toilet wasn’t flushing right, poor water pressure .

Absolutely LOVE this place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!

My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

I rented the house for 3 weeks, every day at 7 am neighbor's dog barks for 30 minutes disrupting your sleep daily without fail. Master bathroom shower handle broken thus no hot available only cold to barely lukewarm water available. Power outages with no known reasons for upto 2 hours.

Kitchen was not equipped properly, no extra paper towels only a roll that literally had very little paper left, beds were super uncomfortable, no extra sheets or comforters. One toilet in master didn’t flush properly had to remove the tank lid to be able to pull from inside. Overall way too much money for one night and poorly maintained
