"Enjoyed our week stay at the Kouros Palace. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice bonus. Guests are transported to their room via golf buggy towhich also ran people to the beach. Resort is quite hilly so could be an issue for those with mobility problems. - Hotel gardens and pool areas were nice and had lovely views of the gardens and sea. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious and clean. However as we were on the ground floor we had no view which was a shame. The bedrooms were air conditioned but the living room was not which meant we did not really use it. The air conditioning controls for the bedrooms were rather complicated and difficult to find the setting we needed. "Large hotel, spread over a hillside. Quite steep hills but easy to request a golf buggy to help. Three large pools with plenty of sun beds. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. 15 minute walk along the beach road into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and very helpful. "

"Overall a decent place to stay. The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort.
