"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. "

"The Good- it was only dirty in a few areas. The Bad- it was filthy in other areas. The Ugly- after calling the minute we we saw the room. Christina came by and we pointed some of the bad areas to her. We left for the night only to come back to find that only a small portion of what was wrong was fixed. The Even Uglier- i texted back and forth during the weekend only to get "sorry for the inconvenience", "thanks for staying with us"and "well fix this for the future." Ya that helps me."

"Spacious unit that could have been excellent. Unfortunately, we discovered tons of broken glass shards in the carpet in the bedroom with two beds where our young kids were supposed to stay. Property management were made aware and we're not surprised. A couple days later we discovered the source: the interior pane of sliding glass door in that room had been broken. "Our host, Larry, was excellent and helpful. The property is gorgeous and dog friendly. I was glad to learn that they’ll be doing a remodel in November, as it needs a refresh, but other than that is was lovely."
