"The administration had very short hours, so it was difficult for me and my wife to get help at the front desk. The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. "It was my first time sleeping in a sleep box, but it worked out well for a short stay. It was difficult getting my stuff there on the shuttle and the signage was confusing but it was clean and convenient. I would do it again now that I know how to maneuver."

"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."

"Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. "Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. "It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Had a lovely superior City view room. Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and cozy. City view was alright but didn’t expect a bit office block to take up 50% of the view. That’s just being picky though. "

"Amazing hotel centrally located in the heart of Stockholm, easy walking to many amenities restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is beautiful and all very up to date with in room amenities. Staff are personable and helpful. Only downside is parking. Parking is difficult to find had to call front desk to find parking garage. When found had to walk through huge mall with all my luggage to get to the front of the hotel. Would still recommend to anyone travelling to Stockholm "

"Very convenient to metro. Friendly staff especially the one that welcomes you with a health shot when you arrive for breakfast. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."
