The hosts are delightful with lots of suggestions on anything you may be interested in. The garden outside is idyllic and an oasis. "Stated aircon but it didnt work and barely blew out air. The room was cool with two floors but we did find some dark black hairs around and the doormat wasn't clean. Quite a few dead flies in the room and on the aircon unit. The carpark had dog poo in multiple places on the parking areas, walk way and grass. "

"This was our first visit to this establishment, but we will be happy to return. People are very important to us, and we were delighted with the friendly welcome by the gentleman on duty at Reception, when we arrived. His command of the English language was a real bonus! The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. A large, and very comfortable, bed; a delightful en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet; and, to crown it all, a kettle, that enabled us to make the tea/coffee provided....

"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. "Excellent pit stop for those travelling/passing through. Quite and relatively comfortable rooms; friendly service; easy parking and lots of dining and shopping options nearby. A dog was barking in the room next to us shortly after we arrived, another neighbouring room made a complaint and the lady at the front desk quickly dealt with and resolved the situation professionally."
