"Very nice property and the location was perfect for the convention center, as well as sightseeing around Orlando. The staff was very helpful, but information about the shuttle service was a bit confusing. We were told there was a free shuttle to the parks, but when we inquired about using it we were told there was no more service for the day. (at 9 AM)"

"Great place, staff members very friendly and helpful. One negative thing- Shower pressure not great and loud noice when used, called for someone to come fix it- not sure if they came bc out of room but never fixed. "

"The hotel was ok. Not the nicest I’ve stayed at but definitely not the worst. I didn’t like that there was no housekeeping offered during the entire stay and the first night and next day we did not have warm water. The location was convenient, quiet and enjoyed having separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen. "

"My living room tv and the game room tv gave me a hard time working, I eventually just connected my hotspot to get them to work. The thing that annoyed me the most was I bought a bunch of food to freeze and cook. When I went into the freezer everything was thawed out and no longer useable so I wasted a bunch of money on food for no reason. The freezer definitely needs to be fixed. "
