"It wiuld have been a 5 stars if they provided usb ports in the room, slippers for guests, tv stations that work, variety in breakfast. The hotel has many nearby fun places and just 5minutes from airport"

"I was put in the old tower, which I don't like staying in. I do stay at the Westmark often and always stay in the new tower. The rooms in the old tower are smaller and cramped. This particular room was hot when I arrived. I called the desk and maintenance came up and said that the thermostat was not working. He turned one side of the heat off and said to open the window (the temperature outside was below zero) and keep the air conditioner on (it was too noisy) if it is too hot. I did open the window for short periods. "

"Room was clean and large. Lots of room to spread out and play board games. Ample towels and bedding. Staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"I arrived at 2:00 AM in -20 F, and this wonderful woman met me and walked me over to another building where our room was for the night. The following day we realized that we had left our extension cord for the engine block heater at the location and they found the cord and kept it at the front desk for us when we returned 3 days later. The rental car company would have charged us $100 if we failed to return it with the car!"
