"Funcionários educados, incluindo a Bela (robozinha gata), café da manhã gostoso. Quartos limpos, bom chuveiro com água caindo reto e grossa. Fiquei em 2 quartos: quarto com 2 camas de solteiro tem um tamanho bom, mas o quarto de casal é muito pequeno e fica 2 pessoas apertadas. Só é ideal para 1 pessoa."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. "I don't even know where to begin.. This city (Fortaleza) charges you $50.00 for any hotel practically and has some of the most unsanitary establishment and rooms I've come across. Black mold and filth in our bedroom and bedroom mirror, dirty appearance overall for the room, unkept hallway with filth built up, and as for the lobby, a HUGE amount of black mold all over the mirrors on the second floor (which is visible when walking into the entrance). "Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."
