We had an absolutely fantastic at this clean, cozy and welcoming property in a small town just outside Innsbruck. Late checkin was handled easily, breakfast the next morning was terrific, and Igls was gorgeous and walkable. We will absolutely stay again!

Gutes Haus und schöne Zimmer, alles Bestens. Wir haben, da wir nicht in der Saison waren, im Hotel Äigis gespiesen. Es war sehr gut!

Hotel sehr gut, Mitarbeiter benötigen Sprachkurs

Also grundsätzlich kann man zu dem Hotel selbst nichts aussetzen. Die Lage für Innsbruck ist sehr gut. 12 Minuten mit dem Auto hinter der Skisprungschanze, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch ok. Aber das große Minus kam beim Einchecken. Die Verständigung ging nur auf Englisch, weil kaum Deutsch vorhanden, was wir eigentlich von einem Hotel in Österreich schon erwartet haben, auch wenn sie sich Mühe gaben. Der Kellner oder wer das auch immer war bei der Bar, war sehr unhöflich. Ich meine wir wollten um 22:30 Uhr noch einen Baileys trinken, da wurden wir sehr barsch weggeschickt, dass die Bar schon zu hat und wir wurden von oben bis unten gemustert, als ob wir es nicht Wert waren. Auch er konnte kaum ein Wort deutsch. Es hat uns schon sehr erschreckt. Also auch wenn das Hotel sehr gut war, wenn der Service nicht stimmt, kommen wir leider nicht wieder. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten wir etwas anderes.
