"Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the room and bathroom was a nice size with a modern feel. Something had gone wrong with the sleeping arrangements, as we were expecting a queen size bad, and a king size bed, but all we got was two single beds joined to each other. When I told the receptionist about it I things didn't get resolved because of translation difficulties. That aside it was a good Hotel comfortable with friendly staff, in a quiet location. "

"It gets you there really well. Clean, efficient. Best shower system I ever had. The charm of an old medieval city, fantastic views, wonderful old buildings, excellent restaurants in 500-year-,old settings, the hotel is a stone's throw from all that. It is outside the city walls, a bit overlit at night. Noise level pretty minimal. Nothing broke but if it had I'm not sure who to call. "Not a business traveler hotel at all and a very small room. Pictures do not reflect the room you get when you book online with hotels.com. No shampoo in the bathroom. The wellness area was not 100% open and the swimming pool was covered with a tarp. "

"The property was dated and not cleaned. The service was nonexistent, we had no toilet paper in our bathroom for two days, no room service, not even change of towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the town, happened to be the street food festival in the weekend we’re in and it was great atmosphere. Anyway, I’m not coming back to this hotel. "
