Amazing German hospitality with Scandi design
Wonderful location, very helpful staff and a beautiful hotel. Highly recommended. Buffet breakfast was cereal, bread, cold cuts cheeses, fresh fruit along with some eggs, sausage and/or ham each morning. Excellent produce and plentiful.

It is a very up date hotel. Decoration is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, with great windows. Bathroom is new style, the only sugestión is to install a door or curtain by the shower entrance. Highly recommended. Breakfast the best!

The hotel was great, it is located on a waterway and near several markets. The room and all the facilities were clean and staff were willing to assist with any questions we had. Just a short walk over the bridge to get to the city center and perhaps 500m to an amazing pool facility.

Kein Einweisung zu unserem Aufenthalt wie Check-Out, Ablauf des gebuchten Frühstücks, WLAN und Funktionen auf dem Zimmer. Keine Kompatibilität zwischen der Klasse des Hotels und des Servicemitarbeiters vom Check-In. Mitarbeiter zum Zeitpunkt unseres Check-Outs war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Lage sehr gut und Verkehrsgünstig. Sauberkeit prima,Komfort prima, Die Rezeption ist schlecht besetzt. Unfreundlich - Abweisend- Teilweise überfordert. Ich wollte ein Zimmer für 4 Tage direkt buchen.Dort wurde mir ein weit überhöhter Preis genannt.Angeblich wg.Oktoberfest in München.Daraufhin habe ich 2x2 Tage über ein Portal gebucht. ERSPARNIS 175 Euro. Die Portalgebühr hätte das Hotel gespart. Aussage Rezeption.Da können wir nichts machen. Weiterhin waren alle Fernsehgeräte defekt wg.Blitzeinschlag....So etwas kann an reparieren .Zeitnah! Es gibt dort sehr nettes und aufgeschlossenes Personal und manch einer müsste noch einmal geschult werden.Mit Freunden quatschen und vor dem Eingang rauchen gehört nicht zu einem 4 Sterne Haus.Es fehlt Führung in dem Haus.ich fahre seit 2.5 Jahren dorthin...Es wir immer schlechter.

Sehr schönes, neues komfortables Hotel. Kurzer Weg zur Altstadt. Fahrradkeller. Schalldichte Fenster, was bei dem ständigen Glockengeläut sehr vorteilhaft ist. Das Frühstück ist nicht riesig aber sehr lecker auch mit Kaffeespezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit tollem Bad eingerichtet. Parken für 10 € in der Tiefgarage ist ok.

Tolles Hotel auf dem Altmühltal-Panoramaweg. Das Hotel ist neuwertig und in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert: Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die Nähe zur Altstadt und zur Altmühl. Das Haus hebt sich deutlich von den klassischen Gasthöfen in der Umgebung ab. Gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück.
