No double bed rooms available so had to wait to get room, used walky talkies to announce my room number that would be ready, missing large towels when checked in (they did bring them), outside of hotel has high grass of 1-2 feet and not edged, ran out of coffee and lacking lots of items napkins etc Beds and room comfortable and clean

"The room that we first came into was dirty. The couch had stains all over it and had underwear in the cushions. The room was humid and wet. The fixtures, like lamps and such, were covered in stains. The smoke detector was missing. After telling the staff, they moved us to a different room and let us check the room before switching, we went through three different rooms to find one that more than half the lights worked.
