"It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay for a shower. The heating unit worked well. It was a little tough to get the remote for the TV to work, as if the batteries were low in the remote. There were no blankets other than the top blanket on the bed -- very lightweight. I did borrow a blanket from the front desk to use a pillow since there were no pillows in my room and none were available at the front desks or in the hotel. "

"We went for the Taylor Swift concert and they did extra dining options to accommodate concert go-ers arriving back late after the concert. And they were smiling and happy the whole time. Very nice experience. "
