Exterior door from the parking lot was broke and did not secure properly. Bed was too soft. Grab bar at the toilet was loose from the wall. For being a handicapped room the bath tub was very high for getting in and out.

If you happen to extend your stay 2-3 days at a time, you won’t get maid service unless you request it at front desk. The computer decides you don’t need it. Plus, they use pine sol to mop floors. Just in case of allergies

Stayed here quite a few times before l, so decided to try em again. Wasn’t fortunate this time. Had to leave before my trip ended, dog left unattended in the room below me was barking all wknd. Front desk dude was a lil weird, always trying to talk to my family wherever he saw us on the property.

Hotel is in a sketchy area, heard screaming for the two hours we were there before getting a hotel. Felt very unsafe here and left right after getting on the property.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and provided helpful tips about hotel and things I might need. Also responded enthusiastically to all my questions about the city and surrounding.

It was a good last minute stay overnight after a concert. Clise to Ruoff Music Center. About 7 miles away south on 69. But they only had one little bar of soap in the bathroom. No complimentary spampoo and no bath soap.
