"Indy Favorite! We stayed here twice in a month during travel in the area. It has cool decor, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Wonderful bath products. In a nice area with plenty of walkable dining options. There were loud noises above us in the afternoon and when I inquired they happily and swiftly moved us to another room. No other issues and that was hardly worth mentioning excpet to stress their incredible customer service. Employees very nice and welcoming."

"Staff was outstanding. Somehow my credit card wound up on the hotel floor. Security texted me immediately to say they had retrieved it and were keeping it until I could return to claim it. They went above and beyond to allay my fears. I will be forever grateful for their diligent professionalism - OUTSTANDING in every way imaginable. "

"Our room was spotless!!! Crisp and clean,with comfortable pillows. The elevators were timely. Free breakfast was good. Very nice staff at front desk and in the restaurant area. Desk clerk sent us to the wrong room and floor with incorrect keys, but was accountable and he fixed the issue quickly."
