It was very clean and had spacious rooms which I felt was rare in Japan. It was more than enough room for our group to lounge around. The cleaning service was also great and they had amenities. The toilet was also separate from the shower room which was convenient. You had to walk a bit to get to touristy areas but there is also public transportation close by. We had a great stay!

We loved staying here. Beds were soft and room was quite large with a sofa and small kitchen area. Washer/dryer combo in room with laundry detergent available at the front desk for no charge. Close to Glico sign and area shopping, within a 10 minute walk. Close to metro too so easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

"Had a great night in Kobe at this hotel, perfect location to explore Meriken park at night and there was a shuttle bus to and from the central stations. The hotel is massive. Really comfy beds. Friendly staff, there’s a family mart in the hotel which was mega handy and on site Restarant options."
