They help my grandma getting in and out of the vehicle, even offer to get her to our room. They went above and beyond for us, and made our stay convenient as it can be. I appreciate them so much ! Customer service is also available 24 hrs so they’re their for you no matter what "

"I know it's often easier to give all 5 Stars, and not even read the Categories, but i did read them and Movenpick Exceeded in all Areas. Everything about my stay was Picture Perfect. My room was Elagant. The Property Immaculate. And the food Divine. Sadly, I'm on a No Meat Diet, so i was limited on what i could eat, but surprisingly every Vegetarian Meal the served was so delicious i truly forgot i was dieting. But of everything, what i Truly enjoyed the most was the Staff. Their Kindness and Attentiveness made my stay at a Five Star Resort feel like a Wholesome B&B. Ive been to nice places that 'Care For' their guest. But this Staff 'Cares About' their Guest. I look forward to my Return."
