"This is an apartment turned into hotel so with that overall it was fine. Positives are right across the train station, friendly staff, clean. There was a motorcycle noice early in the morning and you can hear people talking at night. I was happy to find that place."

"This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Japan and it was because of the hospitality! These lovely folks went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after from a detailed hotel orientation to booking us taxis for the next days travel. "Very convenient location to Utsunomiya station. Checkin was seamless. The usual smallish business hotel room. Although it had a better layout than other places we've stayed, which made it easier with our luggage. Room vacuuming seems a bit slapdash as we found hair on the floor around the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic. Like most business hotels the pillows were the flat buckwheat style, so not great. "
