"Making a reservation and transport arrangements were easy enough, but the actual stay left a lot to be desired. First off - the AC unit in the room seemed too underpowered for the room dimensions. We never even had to use our blankets when sleeping - it was that hot. Next, there were no amenities in the room itself. Sure, bottled water was provided, but only two bottles. I booked and paid for three people staying in the room. In addition, there was no refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee,...

"The place was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! They allowed us to do a late checkout which was great, so we were able to freshen up after our city tour, and before our evening flight back to Manila."
