"I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there."

"DO NOT GET THE LAUNDRY SERVICE DONE HERE !! Furious to find the laundry we got done here with the service which was a half a sack as we are on the road for a few weeks was not even dry let alone folded, half wet and half dry just thrown into the bag. When trying to tell reception they just shrugged their shoulders at me. Overall the hotel ok I expected better, the pool is ok but on the highway and facing the service station. Guy working in the bar area in the day super rude and seems he doesn’t...

"Very good location. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I stayed there 4 nights with my family (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyone was comfortable in the studio. I recommend this hotel for sure!"

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Wish hotel. It's conveniently located in the heart of Salvador so we were a cheap Uber ride away from the main attractions. Breakfast and dinner were included (which was a surprise, didn't know dinner was!) and the food was outstanding! Not a bad meal the entire 5 days we were there. A fresh buffet for dinner with a lot of options. My only complaint is that they do need to update their rooms. They are a little dated. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it. We found out the Wish is the first 5 star hotel in Salvador and the art work in there has a history according to our tour guide. "
