"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"Confused by the payment system. Hotels gave me a receipt indicating I paid but turns out we didn’t. No one was there when we checked in. Asked at desk when there was someone and all they said we owed was the city tax found out 9:30 pm the night before we left when there was a knock on the other side of the door and staff telling us we needed to pay for the room.
