"We spent 3 days at the bubble lodge in the ocean bubble and it was an unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful! The only improvement needed is for the AC in the bubble, it needs to be stronger as it can get very warm early in the morning. This aside everything else is perfect. "Very family friendly hotel in a beautiful setting. Kids club had a variety of fun activities and food choices for our 1.5yr and 4yr kids were surprisingly great with nutritious healthy options available. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, could’ve been a bit cleaner at times."

Our villa (on stilts) was quiet, had all the expected amenities and more, and overlooked the lake, although the boardwalk did have a significant people drifting passed, particularly to the restaurant. Food excellent; staff very helpful. Wine expensive. Was given a villa to stay after check-out before a late airport departure, very much appreciated. 2 minor concerns: our villa was always cleaned late (after 2pm) which meant we had to wait before going back there after lunch....

"The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean. "

"The hotel is clean and caters for all types of mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they engage in conversation and very polite. The massage at the banyan spa was amazing and the on site dive centre, Scuba world, were first class. The equipment was excellent as was the crew who run it. The hotel food was lovely and there was plenty of variety and choice regardless of your preference. There is even entertainment throughout the day in the pool and at night near to the bar. You can use the SUP and canoes to explore the lagoon or sunbathe on plenty of loungers. Would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
