The team kindly picked us up from Happo bus terminal on our arrival and even drove us to a supermarket for groceries (proper big supermarket, not a convenience store). "Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"We had a fabulous stay at Le Bocage. The property was exactly what we needed for a 10 day stay. It is very well located making it walkable to everything - some dining options being only 10m away. It is well fitted out with all you that you need. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and reverse cycle split systems. "Recommend to stay here. Very new and clean hotel short cut walk 5 min to the Nagano station super convenient. Nagano Station walk to this hotel with the elevator access easy for our big luggage. And so near to station East gate No 23,24 were buses to snow monkey park and Hakuba. We had a triple room with 3 single bed super spacious room with sofa relax area. Clean and conform bed. Will stay here again. Book early for the good rate. "

Very pleasant stay.

"Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie. "

"This was great value for a hotel room right beside Nagano Station. I was surprised when entering the lobby by how nice the hotel was, since what I paid would have been for a budget hotel. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions."
