Terrible hotel

We were placed in a very dirty room. None of what was stated happened. There were no towels, robes, slippers, toothbrushes, or toilet paper. Nothing. I booked a room with a balcony because I smoke. The door to the balcony in the room is broken and cannot be opened. There is no glass on the balcony, which makes it very cold. All day they promised to fix the problem. I went to the reception 3 times, asked to change the room, each time they promised to fix everything in 5 minutes, but they never did anything. The telephone at the reception is disconnected, the elevator does not work (the room was on the 5th floor). There is no water in the common pool and in the temple, so we were not allowed there. We lost several hours, checked out of the hotel, and were told through the app that the money would be returned. But the service was unable to contact them; their phone did not work. The money was not returned.

Hayatımdaki en berbat tatildi. Hangi birini söyleyeyim. Oda da su ve havlu yoktu. İsteye isteye getirttirdik. Yemekler çok vasat. Oda da örümcek ağı vardı. Bizi birşey ısırdı. Her yerimiz kabardı. 2 gece kalmamız gerekirken 1 gece zor kaldık sabah kalkar kalkmaz kahvaltı bile etmeden eve döndük.

Rutubetli oda.

Batacak termal tesis. Rutubetli klosetin kapağı komple eksik ve pis oda 3 saate başka oda temin ettiler temizdi. Havuz soğuk termal havizlar ise 10 saniya girdim sonra çıktım kokuyodu. Saunası iyi hamam suyu yetersiz ve iki maşraba vardı sadece. Boşdu zaten. Buhar banyosu uzun süre buharsız kalıyodu. Ama güzel ve temizdi. Yemekler kahvaltı yetersiz ve lezzet coğunda yoktu. Devamı sağlık bakanlığına iletilecek. Müdür beyle konuştum. Ne bir Özür nede vi rahatlatma. 3 saat diğer odayı beklerken 4 kişi iptal etti. Ben malesef ödemiştim bile uygulamadan. Batan gemiyi görmek isteyen buyursun gitsin. Böyle otelleri trivagoyada bildircem, içindeyse daha trivagoyu ve benzerlwrini de daha kullanmıyacam. Saygılarımla Kâmil

Aile suit odası olarak yer ayırtmıştık, 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk için 3 yetişkin yatağı olacaktı. 2 kişilik 1 yatak ve diğer odada sa 2 koltuk vardı sadece. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda çok zayıf. Otelin yeri dinlenmek için ideal, sessiz ve sakin.
