"O hotel precisa de umas reformas, uma pintura nova, mas nem por isso deixou de ser uma experiência positiva. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis, fazendo o máximo para os hóspedes. Voltarei sim! "
"The hotel is locate in front of a pizzaria who pays someone to advertise on the microphone during the night and it is next to a highway. so a lot of noise"
"I recently stayed at Villa Rica Pousada Boutique in Brumadinho, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm hospitality and genuine care, making us feel like family. The pousada itself is stunning, blending rustic charm with modern amenities in a way that feels both luxurious and inviting.
The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with a cozy, rustic touch that perfectly complements the natural surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast featuring fresh local ingredients—delicious pão de queijo, tropical fruits, and expertly brewed coffee were just a few of the highlights.
The location couldn’t be better for anyone visiting Brumadinho. It’s close to the Inhotim Museum, yet tucked away in a serene setting surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. During our week stay we visited near by historical towns, Ouro Preto and Mariana. The property also offers plenty of areas to relax, from hammocks under the trees to a peaceful heated swimming pool/jacuzzi.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring every detail was just right. Villa Rica Pousada is the perfect escape for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Minas Gerais with unmatched comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended!

"The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive. "
