Hotel not air conditioned though a few rooms without windows in basement had ac units. I had to ask about ac after being put in one without ac. Description said there was a restaurant, there is none. The do have a breakfast room for additional cist.

This is a great property in a very nice neighborhood adjacent to the Buckingham Palace. This is our second time staying in this property. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and the dining options especially breakfast this time around. It has definitely gone down although the property has made efforts to remodel and upgrade some sections of the property. We ate at House of Ming twice - the food and service were both awesome! However the TH restaurant where they serve breakfast remains much to be asked for - the staff is rude, hot breakfast is disappointing to say the least and just overall seems to be a place with no discipline or proper management. I wish they improve the service because as a frequent traveller I would love to go back to this hotel again! The concierge and front reception service is quite good.
