"I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc. "

"This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many...

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."

"So great, don’t hesitate. I think this will be the nicest most affordable and fun little studio apartment I’ll ever stay in. Everything was spotless and new. I made full use of the little kitchenette and I really loved the Brazilian themed decor. It’s a very close walk over the Danube River to the Ulm cathedral/center of town. During the check-in, the front desk man Lucas was friendly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Gustavo was great at check out. I’d definitely stay here again!"
