5/5 Excellent
"I can't say enough great things about this hotel. It was our first trip to Tokyo and we elected to stay outside of the city center in a more quiet neighborhood & we're so glad we did! The hotel is conveniently located by a train line that is 2 stops from Tokyo station so it was easy to get around.
The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to provide. The service was top-notch. We know very limited Japanese but the staff were multilingual so we didn't have any trouble.
We dined a few times (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the restaurant onsite and were very happy with both the price and menus. I would recommend at least doing the breakfast buffet one day of your stay.
The room was decently sized and much bigger than you would get from a hotel in the city center. They were clean and everything worked as expected. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm which I did not find comfortable.
The amenities at the hotel were amazing. There were toiletry stations in the lobby with various items. There was a currency converter machine right onsite so we were able to change over our American currency at the hotel. We didn't get to try the onsen but it's tattoo friendly!
The FamilyMart attached to the hotel was a lifesaver. We were in there for coffee or something every day & the staff were always so friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family. I'd say more but I've run out of characters!"
