"I can't say enough great things about this hotel. It was our first trip to Tokyo and we elected to stay outside of the city center in a more quiet neighborhood & we're so glad we did! The hotel is conveniently located by a train line that is 2 stops from Tokyo station so it was easy to get around. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to provide.The service was top-notch. We know very limited Japanese but the staff were multilingual so we didn't have any trouble. We dined a few times (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the restaurant onsite and were very happy with both the price and menus. I would recommend at least doing the breakfast buffet one day of your stay. The room was decently sized and much bigger than you would get from a hotel in the city center. They were clean and everything worked as expected. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm which I did not find comfortable. The amenities at the hotel were amazing. There were toiletry stations in the lobby with various items. There was a currency converter machine right onsite so we were able to change over our American currency at the hotel. We didn't get to try the onsen but it's tattoo friendly! The FamilyMart attached to the hotel was a lifesaver. We were in there for coffee or something every day & the staff were always so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family. I'd say more but I've run out of characters!"

"Great area! In the heart of Shinjuku with many dining and transportation options. Getting pretty much anywhere was convenient, and it had a great night life for when you return. "

"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."
