It cannot be allowed to be a 5 start property. The only good aspect is the friendly staff The hotel is so old and stinky - dampness on the floor lobby. Avoid staying here at all costs

The room felt like it was falling apart. They were more concern about grabbing my bags vs having knowledge about the menu and other things within the hotels. Carpets are old and you feel gross just walking around

Selected this hotel based on experience with other Radissons. The common areas and dining facilities were acceptable and the food was good. However, my room was not up to Radisson standards. The carpet was worn and had large stains. The sound-proofing was not good and noises from room next door and hallway were distracting. The rooms really need to be refreshed.
