"Hotels dot com called this a "3 star" hotel, but it clearly is NOT. It is a poor match for most of the "2 star" rated hotels. The guest room showed age-wear effects, but it was quite clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable, and my wife and I appreciated that feature.
