I was treated like a friend of the family. The mini-kitchen was a savior during low season.

The property was wonderful. Our only wish was that the steep incline to get to the property was advertised more.

Had no communication before check-in. Messaged them and did not hear back. Tried to called but they do not have a WhatsApp so I could not get ahold of them. We were sitting outside with our luggage and I had to contact hotels.com customer service who got ahold of the resident who stays on property to let us in to our room. If I did not have data to use we would have been screwed because we didn’t know where to go. The resident on site was very nice and showed us a clean room. The AC is amazing and the balcony is pretty big. The curtains were sheer and we were woken up by the sun so there is no darkness when the sun is up. I will say if you have bigger luggage, take a taxi from the port because the walk up to the place is so incredibly steep it was miserable.
