Nice hotel
"Nice 3 night stay in a canal view room with balcony. Good size room with a Jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was very nice. The hotel is well situated just out of the centre of Chester."

"On arrival the room was not an executive room the air con control wouldn't respond due to wear,also the lights in the shower were faulty & the final straw was the safe didn't operate. On complaining the Manager move use to a suite which was exceptional but the only criticism of the suite was a 7 ..."

"Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. ..."
