I talked to the property manager about 11:30 AM about getting a room at at that time. He said I could get a room but quoted a price that was higher than I knew I could get online. I asked him to match it and he told me I would have to go online for that price. So I did. The only reason I reserved the room is I was feeling sick in the middle of a three hour drive and just wanted to lay down for a couple of hours, and would probably have left after that much time. When I went back within 30 min after making the reservation, he told me I could not check in until after 3PM. When I told him he had just told me I could check in at 11:30 he said that was only if I booked through the hotel and since I went online I had to wait until 3.PM. I would actually like to have this cost refunded since he wouldn't let me check in after just previously telling me I could.. I wasn't gong to wait in my car for 3 hours since I figured I wouldn't have stayed past 3PM anyway. I continued my drive home even though I felt sick.

Staff was rude when trying to check in. Then wouldnt let us stay after asking for the manager to try and get answers as to why we cant stay. THEN i recieved a confirmation stating we checked in. WHEN WE DID NOT. Also would not give us a refund for our stay, and stated they cant do anything about it. Very unprofessional, and very rude staff. Would NOT stay here if my life depended on it.

The bed was comfortable. We had to ask for supplies multiple times upon arrival the help didn't speak English the hallway smelt like pot and I had make coffee in the bathroom for lack outlets

Our room was dirty.. so much so that the linens felt dirty. The facilities are run down. The swimming pool was ice cold. They provide one towel and one wash rag per person and one hand towel per room for the duration of your stay. Don’t ask for an extra for swimming or to wash hair…they don’t do it. They offer no housekeeping for the duration of your stay. Nor do they provide a receipt. Never ever will I stay there again.

Avoid this place. Checkin process involves writing your name and number on a sheet of paper left on the front desk for all to see. The front desk was not staffed even after 9am in the morning. It’s an extended stay place so if you are unemployed and addicted to drugs this is the perfect place to stay. Large aggressive looking dogs we also welcomed apparently. Checkin was unfriendly. She appeared annoyed that we had a reservation because the place was full. She spent a great deal of time on the phone complaining to someone that they we full for the night, a room didn’t have a TV, she had no idea who was staying in one of the rooms, etc. We were surprised to be handed a key and then terrified about what the condition of the room would be. There was a large fan in the room-I’m not sure if it’s purpose was to makeup for the non functioning AC or to be used to dry out the carpet that became drenched by a plumbing leak in the wall. Water sprayed out of the wall opposite the shower when the shower was being used.

We arrived on Friday and the air conditioner in our room was not working and when we mentioned it to them, they said they had no one that could fix it or anything and we were told that there was a few other rooms that the air conditioner wasn’t working Friday night and our air conditioner did not work the entire time we were there The room was halfway cleaned And on Sunday night, we had seen bugs in our room and Friday night. We could smell marijuana being smoked in one of the rooms and you can smell it in the hallway in our room and into the lobby will not be staying there again.
