Très déçu
Personnel de la réception très accueillant, seul point positif. Hotel loin de la plage. Les photos montrés sont 2 hôtels différents. Petit déjeuné horrible! 10$ sont demandés pour les serviettes de la piscine qui sont dans des piteux états. Honteux ! Très déçus je n'y retournerai plus jamais ! Je déconseille!!

The pictures on this hotel are actually of 2 different hotels so it is pot luck which you end up in. The hotels are struggling so don't open their restaurants or bars, no wifi

Vil du bruge din ferie på at diskutere, så kom her
Et ophold på 7 dage i januar måned endte efter 2 overnatninger. Værelse på 6. sal med havudsigt og en frisk vind fra havet kombineret med et toilet vindue der gabte flere centimeter, en toiletdør der kun kunne lukkes hvis den blev låst (indefra) og en aircondition der (når den stod på 30 grader = max) blæste kølig luft - satte virkelig tålmodigheden på en prøve! Det tog personalet 2 døgn at reparere ovenstående "akutte" problemer og det blev først sat i gang efter jeg blev højtrystet! Da solen i januar ikke kan nå ned mellem bygningerne og opvarme spisesalen, hvor den ellers udmærkede morgenmad blev serveret - var det nødvendigt med JAKKE på ved morgenbordet. På en forespørgsel på om de kunne arrangere tæpper som man kunne varme sig i under spisningen, var svaret fra receptionisten; "you have blanket in your room - go help your self!" Ved stranden på søsterhotellet var der hverken service eller smil i frokost-strandbaren. Som diabetiker var det ikke muligt at købe light sodavand. Jeg måtte tale med manageren først. Desuden forlanger hotellets receptionister, at man betaler for hele det reserverede ophold allerede ved ankomst, men da jeg nægtede det (fordi jeg havde læst nogle kritiske anbefalinger på hotels.com), var det pludselig okay at jeg lagde et depositum på 250,- kr. (Det tog dog sin tid at overbevise dem om at jeg forlod hotellet uden én eneste overnatning, hvis forudbetaling var et ultimatum.) Man kommer dog langt med smil og stædighed!

Accueil correcte,
Hotel correcte pas le top niveau proprete il passais juste la lavette et changeai les draps et kes serviette sa laissais un peu à désirer ms pour un séjour d'une semaine c suffisant compte tenu du prix Le petit déjeuner étais bien servie à l'heure le personnel au soin souriant hotel calme bien située pas trop loin du centre et de la plage La plage étais pas top je ne m'i suis pas baigner c pas ce qu'on imagine comme sur les photos sable blanc et eau turquoise après on peux organiser des sortie avec l'hôtel ms je conseil de voir à l'extérieur c moin chere. Faites attention au taxiste qui prenne plus que ce qui est de la course pensez tjs à négociez. Mais je garde une tres bonne image de Hurghada séjour agréable lancez vous vous ne serez pas déçus.

zum Schlafen reicht es ...
... zum Wohlfühlen aber nicht. Für meinen Tauchurlaub war es OK, da ich eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und zum Duschen anwesend war. Obwohl zwar regelmäßig geputzt wird, wirken die Zimmer doch schon sehr abgewohnt und sanierungsbedürftig. (Schimmel in den Fugen, Farbe blättert von den Wänden, feuchte Wände und Decken ...) Die Lage im Norden von Hurghada war für mich optimal. Es gibt genügend Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wenn man doch mal in den Süden will (nach Sekala) steigt man einfach vor der Cacao Bar in den Minibus.

Great value. The breakfast was a bit overcrowded and little taste, but the overall stay was of great value. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel didn't provide for any parking but it felt safe enough to park it behind the hotel. The staff at the reception was a bit overworked and lost one of our payments, so make sure you keep your receipts!
