"We loved our time at Stay Nordhavn. It's conveniently close to a metro station and several grocery stores, the apartment has lovely rooms, amenities to make very comfortable (good coffee, a washer/dryer, decent kitchenware, etc.), and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Most of all, the access to a generously-sized balcony with amazing sea views was wonderful. We would happily stay here again."

"My wife and I liked the idea of renting a small hotel apartment, so we would have more space, the option to eat in, etc. Our unit was comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well thought out. Our only real quibble was that the refrigerator was not working properly, and foods were not kept cool enough. The hotel is convenient to public transportation, and was fairly quiet. An easy walk to Tivoli Gardens, many stores and restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. "I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"Nice and new hotel in the exciting new area of Copenhagen, Nordhavn. Really nice hotel but the area in the night time is a bit out of every thing. During the stay there was a lot of heavy transport in the night time of trucks."

"Had an amaizng stay for four nights. The elephant in the room is yes, there are trains going past very close. The trains do ease off into the night and ear plugs are provided. I'm not a light sleeper so it didnt bother me at all. The hotel was clean and tidy, awful tea... But i can forgive that. Comfortable bed and good shower. The hotel is very well connected just outside of the city centre. The staff were delightful throughout my stay. I will be back!"

"I enjoyed the local feel of this hotel. Room was small but perfect for 1 person. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was PERFECT for accessing many popular attractions by walking and also was very close to public transportation, and it was a good price. I would definitely stay here again."
