The property was nice around the pool and in general. The staff is friendly and the food at the restaurants were really good. The bar staff were great also. When I checked in at midnight, I was shocked to find out that there aren’t any elevators to get to my room. I had to go up a few flight of stairs and then down an outdoor corridor to take a set of stairs down to my room.Since I have a bad back, the gentleman at the front desk offered to have my bag delivered by the shuttle driver. The room was mediocre. It needs some updating. Especially the bathroom. It was clean. The mini refrigerator wasn’t working that great. I noticed there was a thick chunk of ice forming on the inside. I defrosted it before putting anything in it. The view of my room was a rooftop with a/c units. I kept the curtains closed. Other than that, the grounds were manicured and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. So that was nice! If it wasn’t for the hotel not having an elevator, I would recommend it.

Very poor service the resort maintenance was unsatisfactory. My original room was dirty and furniture was also dated and dirty. I switched rooms and I was promised a different room but it never happened. I watched how they treated white people versus the blk people. No sense of urgency and I truly feel iwere a white woman i would havea different experience at this resort. I will never come back to visit. During check out my bill was completely wrong and they ended up remove some of the charges. I was charged for parking and I don’t even own a vehicle

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. We walked down to see the sunrise in the morning, had breakfast at the diner, and then hung out at the pool (pool service was amazing). The shuttle service was also amazing. It took us to all corners of the resort with little notice, and they never made us wait long to be picked up. We would definitely stay here again.

Service was poor. We wanted to use chairs and beach umbrellas at the beach and were told there would be an attendant to help us get setup. However when we went there around 11:30 in the morning there was no one. So we called the receptionist and she said she would send someone. Three call and an hour later we left. No showed up. Each time we were told someone is coming but no one did. Our stay included the breakfast and one day they forgot to give us the bread basket and fruits. We asked twice and then finally got it towards the end of our breakfast. Folks who came after us were served earlier. Second day they gave us just two fruit and yogurt bowls when we were a party of four. We asked them and they said they would get it and no one got it. We left after breakfast was done. We were told that the golf carts can take us to any spots in the Palmas area but when we asked them to take us they said only to the parking lot or beach. Looks like the employee didn’t know. Then later other employees were driving to other spots too. When we called the number to book the golf cart we were on hold for 15 mins no reply. Ultimately we walked. Overall service was really subpar for a Wyndham.

We got to the property late at night due to flight delays. I called earlier to confirm and let them know we'd be arriving late. No one told us they were having an issue with hot water. The water for taking showers on the entire property was Luke warm at best and they didn't know when it would be repaired. No elevator either so be prepared to carry your bags up flights of stairs. We decided not to stay due to not having hot water.

The rooms needs upgrade. The whole property needs upgrade. The breakfast was bad and the service not the best . The best about the hotel is the area only because it is very quiet and feels safe but other than that we didn’t like it.
