"When I first arrived I had a problem with getting the correct date for my reservation and stay. I was initially frustrated at the mix up but the young lady who assisted me at check in went to superhuman efforts to resolve my dispute and obtain a refund for the wrongly scheduled date of stay. "Excellent stay at this hotel and excellent welcome with great info while waiting for our room. As we were early they assist us finding a car and driver to see the tombs. Oir penthouse room had amazing view and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Overall a very nice hotel. "
