"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"I frequently go to Chiang Mai and Bed Changkian is where I stay. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Water pressure is good and housekeeping daily. Beds are comfortable. "A very good stay and value for the cost. Hotel facility is really good, well maintained with some wear, but within reasonable. It is a smaller hotel, so don’t expect a large lobby or major amenities m. Room was great and breakfast was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is right by a local highway which is almost impossible to cross, but other side is a 10 minute walk from a lively local area, packed with dining options, grocery etc. Nearby 7/11 for those who need it is a 5 min walk."

"Site and location was amazing. The concept is good but lacked some simple finishing touches which would have made the stay amazing. Our pod lacked shanpoo and shower gel. Towels were missing and staff did not knock to enter. Also just about all other guests left all their outside lights on all night. Which spoilt the outdoor natural view and night time ambience. "
